HWR Series antennas offer outstanding performance in a rugged, aesthetically pleasing package. The articulating base allows for 90-degree tilting and 360-degree rotation. Antennas connect via SMA or Part 15 compliant RP-SMA connectors. Custom colors and connectors are available for high-volume OEM customers.

## VSWR & Counterpoise
· VSWR: A measure of antenna matching to a 50-ohm source; a perfect match is 1:1, typically a benchmark of 2:1 is used.
· Counterpoise: Quarter-wave or monopole antennas require a ground plane. Size and location affect performance; smaller ground planes shift center frequency higher and reduce bandwidth.
