# SA Series Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes
## Features
️· Plastic package with UL 94V-0 flammability rating
️· 500W surge capability at 10x10us waveform (duty cycle 0.01%)
️· Excellent clamping capability
️· Low zener impedance
️· Fast response time: <1.0ps (unidirectional), <5.0ns (bidirectional)
️· Typical IR <1μA above 10V
️· High temperature soldering guaranteed: 260°C / 10 seconds

️· Case: Molded plastic
️· Lead: Axial leads, solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208
️· Polarity: Color band denotes cathode (except bipolar)
