# TLC193/TLC393 Dual Micropower Voltage Comparators
## Overview
These are dual, independent, low-power voltage comparators designed for single-supply operation. They are functionally similar to the LM393 but consume significantly less power. They feature an open-drain MOS output stage and are suitable for applications requiring low power consumption. The LinCMOS process provides stable input offset voltages.
## Key Features
️· Low Power Consumption: Approximately 1/20th the power of the LM393.
️· Wide Supply Voltage Range: 3V to 16V (depending on the model).
️· Low Input Bias Current: Suitable for high-impedance circuits.
️· Stable Input Offset Voltage: Reliable comparator operation.
️· Open-Drain Output: Compatible with various loads.
️· Different Temperature Ranges: Available for commercial (0-70°C), industrial (-40-85°C), automotive (-40-125°C), and military (-55-125°C) applications.
