· High blocking voltage – 13 kV minimum
· Low mechanical stress design

· Customization available (higher voltages, faster speeds, configurations)

· Peak Repetitive Reverse Voltage (VR): 5000V (BR1), 3000V (BR2), 5000V (BR3)

· Peak Surge Current (IFSM): 25 Amps
· Operating/Storage Temperature (Top & Tstg): -65 to +150 ºC
