Port D has a data bus I/O function, and the pin functions change according to the operating mode. However, in the H8S/2350, port D pins function only as data bus pins. Port D has a built-in MOS input pull-up function that can be controlled by software (H8S/2351 only). Figure 9.19 shows the port D pin configuration.
