- Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO)
- Leading-Edge Blanking (LEB)
- Cycle-By-Cycle Over Current Protection (OCP)
- Over Voltage Protection (OVP)
- Output Short Protection (OSP)
- Thermal Foldback Protection (TFP)
- Over Temperature Protection (OTP)
- SO-7 Package
- Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
- Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
- For automotive applications requiring specific change control
