GENERAL DESCRIPTION
BL0939 is an ASIC designed for multi-fee meter that can
be applicable to electronic and mechanical meter. With special
programmer, it can provide multi-fee function required in the
electro-energy measure system. Clock initialization and period
set can be done before leaving factory or when the meter
installed. It’s clock and period can be read or reset only when
the meter taken down, so it’s easy to encrypt. The specially
designed low-power clock circuit assures that BL0939 will run
