- VIN 3.8 to 60V
- 2A Continuous Output Current
- VOUT Adjustable from 0.8V to 50V
- Enhanced Efficiency Mode with Bias
- Adjustable Switching Frequency. 500kHz Default Frequency
- Start-up with Pre-biased Output
- External Soft-Start with Tracking – Sequential, Ratiometric, or
Absolute. Default Internal Soft-Start of 2ms
- Enable Pin with 5% tolerance
- Soft Discharge
- ±5% Power Good Detection with Internal Pull-up Resistor
- Overcurrent Protection (OCP) with Hiccup
- Thermal Protection
- Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)
- Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)
- An automotive-compliant part is available under separate
