GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The AD8223 is an integrated single-supply instrumentation amplifier that delivers rail-to-rail output swing on a single supply (+3.0 V to +25 V supplies). The AD8223 offers superior user flexibility by allowing single-gain set resistor program ming, and conforming to the 8-lead industry standard pinout configuration.



FEATURES

Gain set with 1 resistor per amplifier

  Gain = 5 to 1000

Inputs

  Voltage range to 150 mV below negative rail

  25 nA maximum input bias current

  30 nV/√Hz, RTI noise @ 1 kHz

Power supplies

  Dual supply: ±2.5V to ±12.5

  Single supply: 3V to 25V

  600 μA maximum supply current
