The LA6540M is a 4-output power operational amplifier developed for use in consumer and industrial equipment.

Functions
• High output current (IO max = 0.7 A : typ)
• Includes a current limiter
• Wide operating voltage range (±2 to ±16 V)
• Single-supply operation possible (4 to 32 V)
• Thermal shutdown built in

Sanyo Semiconductor Device Corporation, or Sanyo Semicon Device, was a subsidiary of Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd., a Japanese electronics company. Sanyo Semicon Device was a manufacturer of semiconductor devices, including diodes, transistors, and other components for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. The company was established in 1970 and was headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
