Overview
The LB1636M is a low-saturation bidirectional motor driver IC for use in low-voltage applications. It is especially suited for use in small-sized low-voltage motors for printers, cassette tape recorders, and commercial equipment.

Features
• Low-voltage (2.5V min) operation, low current dissipation (ICC≤30µA) at the standby mode.
• Low-saturation voltage (upper transistor + lower transistor residual voltage 1.2V max at 400mA).
• On-chip spark killer diodes.

Sanyo Semiconductor Device Corporation, or Sanyo Semicon Device, was a subsidiary of Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd., a Japanese electronics company. Sanyo Semicon Device was a manufacturer of semiconductor devices, including diodes, transistors, and other components for consumer electronics, automotive, and industrial applications.
