The ST25DVxxx returns to the Power Off state if the tag is out of the RF field for at least tRF_OFF. The intention of the state transition method is that only one ST25DVxxx should be in the Selected state at a time. When the Select_flag is set to 1, the request shall NOT contain a unique ID. When the address_flag is set to 0, the request shall NOT contain a unique ID. Table 55.
