General overview
Figure 1. Pin connection
VDD1 and VDD2 are internally connected to the die and must be externally connected to the same voltage.
VSS1 and VSS2 are internally connected to the die and must be externally connected to the same voltage.
The upper metallic lid is electrically connected to pin1 (VSS).
