6 Qualification and approvals

6.1 Reliability tests

Reliability tests for LARA-R6 series modules are executed according to u-blox qualification policy,

based on AEC-Q104 standard.

6.2 Approvals

LARA-R6 series modules comply with the Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and the

Council on the Restriction of Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic

Equipment (EU RoHS 2) and its amendment Directive (EU) 2015/863 (EU RoHS 3).

The LARA-R6 series modules are RoHS 3 compliant. No natural rubbers, hygroscopic materials, or

materials containing asbestos are employed.
