GENERAL PERFORMANCE
Using the application circuit shown in Figure 24. Supply voltage (VDD) = 21 V, paddle temperature (TPADDLE) = 35°C, source impedance (ZS) =
load impedance (ZL) = 75 Ω, and DC current (IDD) = 540 mA, unless otherwise noted. Device performance is similar at 24 V.
