In order to avoid false turn-on of the gate of the power device due to interference, it is recommended that customers

add a negative power supply when designing the driving output. It is recommended to use the following two methods

to generate the negative supply: use a regulator to generate stable negative voltage (see Figure 14); or use both positive

and negative supplies (see Figure 15).
