TheAPR-5000SeriesAdvancedPackageReworkSystemsprovidefullconvectioninbothreflowheateranddual pre-heaterstoprovidefastrampandprecise peakreflowtemperaturewithoutthermaldamage tosensitivecomponentsunsuitableforheating above240ºC.Andwithfourheatingzonesand onecoolingzone,thepreciseprofilesneededfor successfulsoldering/desolderingoflead-free packagesareeasilydelivered. TheAPR-5000SeriesAdvancedPackage ReworkSystemsaredistinguishedbyinnovation andflexibility.Thedualstageconvectivepre- heatercanbeswitchedbetweeninnerandouter stagewithinthefourheatingzonesofaprofileto meetthehigherreworkrequirementoflead-free. Higherthermalperformancecanbeachieved, attachingreflownozzlestoboththetopreflow andbottominnerstageheaterssetdirectlyabove andbelowreworkedcomponent.Bottomnozzle hasaddedadvantageinpreventingthermal damagetoadjacentcomponentsonthe undersideofthePCB.Andnewlydesignthermal tweezertopnozzleprovidesintegrated mechanicalactionpickupfordeviceswithlimited surfaceareainsteadofstandardvacuumpickup. |
