WAKE-UP sources and DFM GEN setup register [0x04]

This register is used to configure DFM frequency and polarity [5.3.6] and to enable or

disable the wake-up sources.

1. Charge pump is not activated if an overvoltage/undervoltage condition is present.

2. Charge pump typically takes about 30 us to reach an active level; the application SW should monitor the

CP_LOW condition to verify the effective status of the circuitry.
