98 / 104 page  ST6208C/ST6209C/ST6210C/ST6220C 98/104 11.6.2 ROM VERSION The ST6208C, 09C, 10C and 20C are mask pro- grammed ROM version of ST62T08C, T09C, T10C and T20C OTP devices. They offer the same functionality as OTP devices, selecting as ROM options the options defined in the programmable option byte of the OTP version. Figure 81. Programming Circuit Note: ZPD15 is used for overvoltage protection ROM Readout Protection. If the ROM READOUT PROTECTION option is selected, a protection fuse can be blown to prevent any access to the program memory content. In case the user wants to blow this fuse, high volt- age must be applied on the VPP pin. Figure 82.
