Specified voltages are with respect to VSS. 2. During transitions, this level may: (130 nm) Undershoot –2.0 V for periods < 20 ns and overshoot to VCCQ +2.0 V for periods < 20 ns (90 nm) Undershoot –1.0 V for periods < 20 ns and overshoot to VCCQ +1.0 V for periods < 20 ns. 3. Maximum DC voltage on VPP may overshoot to +14.6 V for periods < 20 ns. 4. VPP program voltage is normally VPP1. VPP can be 12 V ± 0.6 V for 1000 cycles on the main blocks and 2500 cycles on the parameter blocks during program/erase. 5. Output shorted for no more than one second. No more than one output shorted at a time.
