Electrical characteristics
3 The Nexus AUX port runs up to 40 MHz. Set NPC_PCR[MCKO_DIV] to divide-by-two if the system frequency is
greater than 40 MHz.
4 NPC_PCR[FPM] = 1
5 Set the NPC_PCR[MCKO_DIV] to divide by two if the system frequency is between 40 MHz and 80 MHz inclusive.
Set the NPC_PCR[MCKO_DIV] to divide by four if the system frequency is greater than 80 MHz.
6 Pad restrictions limit the Maximum Operation Frequency in these configurations
7 NPC_PCR[NEXCFG] = 1
