Detail

Errata No. 1

Problem:

Cannot read internal ROM with EPROM verification method.

Description:

The IA8044/IA8344 does not contain internal EPROM and therefore does not

support the EPROM read feature.

Workaround:

Must use alternate method to read internal ROM.

Errata No. 2

Problem:

The device has a different pullup value than the Intel version.

Description:

The Intel version can source more current than the IA8044/IA8344.

Workaround:

Adjust external circuits if necessary.
