Gets Alternate Settings Number.

Num: Number of the selected DFU Device (Given by STDFU_EnumGetNbDevices)

nConfigIdx: Number of the selected Configuration

nInterfaceIdx : Number of the selected Interface

pNbOfAltSets: pointer to Alternate Settings Number

4.3.8.4 Returned value

STDFU_NOERROR in case of success, otherwise (Error Code).
