Function

VIN

Input Voltage. Connect a minimum 1uF ceramic capacitor to this pin for stable operation.

GND

Ground.

CE

Active High Chip Enable. This pin is internally pulled down by a 1uA current source.

FB/NC

Output Voltage Feedback. Available only for adjustable output voltage version. The FB

voltage is regulated to 0.8V. Connect a resistive voltage divider to set the output voltage.

VOUT

Output Voltage. Connect a minimum 1uF ceramic capacitor to this pin for stable operation.

SS

Soft Start. Connect a 1nF ~ 10nF ceramic capacitor to set soft start time.
