DESCRIPTION
TheSTV8224Bis a pictureand soundIF processor for multistandardapplication with very few external components and adjustments.
It provides the audio and video switches for one SCART plug application.
AM sound demodulation is performed with the STV8225 add-on.

■ VIDEO PLL DEMODULATION
■ SOUND PLL DEMODULATION
■ POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE MODULATION
■ AGC FOR BG AND L STANDARDS
■ AUDIO SWITCH
■ DC VOLUME CONTROL
■ VIDEO SWITCH
