Asthedevicecontainsonlyoneactualanalogtodigitalconverterhardwarecircuit,eachofthe externalorinternalanalogsignalinputsmustberoutedtotheconverter.TheSACS3~SACS0bitsin theSADC0registerareusedtodeterminewhichexternalchannelinputisselectedtobeconverted. TheSAINS2~SAINS0bitsintheSADC1registerareusedtodeterminethattheanalogsignaltobe convertedcomesfromtheinternalanalogsignalorexternalanalogchannelinput. Thepin-sharedfunctionselectionbitsdeterminewhichpinsonI/OPortsareusedasanaloginputs fortheA/DconverterinputandwhichpinsarenottobeusedastheA/Dconverterinput.When thepinisselectedtobeanA/Dinput,itsoriginalfunction,whetheritisanI/Oorotherpin-shared functionwillberemoved.Inaddition,anyinternalpull-highresistorsconnectedtothesepinswillbe automaticallyremovedifthepinisselectedtobeanA/Dinput. |
