1 = Disable 10BASE-T SEQ testing.

0 = Enable 10BASE-T SEQ testing, which generates a COL

pulse following the completion of a packet transmission.

1 = Enable 10BASE-T normal loop back.

0 = Disable 10BASE-T normal loop back.

Auto polarity disable

1 = Disable auto polarity detection/correction.

0 = Enable auto polarity detection/correction.

Reverse Polarity

When Reg16.5 is set to 0, this bit sets to 1 if Reverse Polarity

is detected on the media, otherwise it is zero. When Reg16.5

is set to 1, writing a one to the bit reverses the polarity of the

transmitter.

Note: The reverse polarity is detected either through 8

inverted NLP or through a burst of inverted FLP.
