fCLKIN=2.4576MHZ 和 BUFFER=+5V 时对于某些典型的凹口和-3dB 频率,
TM7707/8 的输出均方根噪声和有效分辨率;表 4 给出
fCLKIN=2.4576MHz 和 BUFFER=+5V
TM7707/8 的数据。给出的数据适用于双极性输入范围并有 0V 差分模拟输入电压产生。
对于
TM7707/8,VDD=5V 时 VREF 电压为+2.5V;对于 TM7707/8,VDD=3V 时 VREF 电压
+1.25V。在每一个表中括号内的数据器件的有效分辨率(舍入至最接近的 0.5LSB)。器
件的有效分辨率定义为输出均方根噪声与输入满刻度(即,
2×VREF/GAIN)之比。应当注
意,不是用峰
-峰输出噪声数据进行计算。峰-峰噪声数据可以高达均方根数据的 6.6 倍,同
时,基于峰
-峰噪声的有效分辨率数据可以比表中口号内所示的基于均方根噪声的有效分辨
率低
2.5 位。
