1.2 MEMORY MAP
Internal ROM
The ROM memory is mapped in two segments:
segment 00h and segment 01h. It starts at ad-
dress 0000h in MMU segment 00h.
Internal RAM, 512 bytes
The internal RAM is mapped in MMU segment
20h; from address FE00h to FFFFh.
Internal TDSRAM
The Internal TDSRAM is mapped starting at ad-
dress 8000h in MMU segment 22h. It is a fully stat-
ic memory.
