The AT24CSW01X/AT24CSW02X is delivered with the EEPROM array set to logic ‘1’, resulting in FFh data in all

locations.

The Security register contains a preprogrammed 128-bit serial number in the lower 16 bytes. The upper 16 bytes of

this register is set to logic ‘1’ resulting in FFh data.

The device is delivered with the Security register Lock function not enabled (see Lock Command), and the Write

Protection register set to 00h (no software protection).
