Operational Descriptions 2.1 CPU Core Function TMP86CS64AFG 2.1.2 Program Memory (MaskROM) TMP86CS64AFG incorporates the 61440-byte (addresses from 1000H through FFFFH) program memory (MaskROM). 2.1.3 Data Memory (RAM) TMP86CS64AFG incorporates the 2048-byte (addresses from 0040H through 083FH) RAM. Since the address space from 0040H through 00FFH within the on-chip RAM can be accessed directly, it can be accessed by instructions to shorten the processing time. Perform initial setting through an initialize routine since the contents of the data memory become don't cares at power-up. Example :Clearing RAM of TMP86CS64AFG LD HL, 0040H : Sets the start address LD A, H : Sets the initialization data (00H) LD BC,07FFH : Sets the number of bytes (-1) SRAMCLR: LD (HL), A INC HL DEC BC JRS F, SRAMCLR |
