381 / 433 page  381 TPR0327AY–SMS–30Jan09 AT90SCR100 • SN2: Production year • SN3: Fab & Quarter • SN4: Lot number high order byte • SN5: Lot number low order byte • SN6: Wafer number within the lot • SN7: Chip number (on the Wafer) low order byte (row number) • SN8: Chip number (on the Wafer) high order byte (column number) 29.4 Calibration Byte The AT90SCR100 has a byte calibration value for the internal RC Oscillator. This byte resides in the high byte of address 0x000 in the signature address space. During reset, this byte is auto- matically written into the internal calibration register to ensure correct frequency of the calibrated RC Oscillator. 29.5 Page Size 29.6 Serial Downloading Both the Flash and EEPROM memory arrays can be programmed using a serial programming bus while RESET is pulled to GND. The serial programming interface consists of pins SCK, MOSI (input) and MISO (output). After RESET is set low, the Programming Enable instruction needs to be executed first before program/erase operations can be executed. 29.6.1 Serial Programming Pin Mapping Table 29-7.
