Behavior of outputs with dynamic load applied to 5 V output at
Vin=230 V
The worst case condition happens when the 3.3 V output load is increased from 50% to
90% of full load value.

Startup behavior
Figure 17, 18, 19 show the rise slopes at full load of the output voltage at nominal,
minimum and maximum input voltage. As shown in the graphs, the rise times are almost
constant.
CH2: +5 V Iout (blue)
CH4: +5 V Vout (green)
CH1: +23 Vout (brown)
CH2: +16 Vout (blue)
CH4: +3.3 Vout (green)
