AS3715 − Detailed Description – Power Management Functions

Charge Pump

Description

• The Charge Pump uses the external flying capacitor to

generate output voltages higher than the battery voltage.

The output voltage is up to 2 times VSUP (without load),

but is limited to VCPOUTmax all the time

• VSUP current = 2 times output current
