Notes:
1. This parameter is not 100% tested in production.
2. Parameter measured at trip point of PWM latch.
3. Transfer gain is the relationship between current sense input and corresponding error amplifier output at the PWM latch trip point
and is mathematically expressed as follows:
4. At the over-temperature threshold, TOT, the oscillator is disabled. The 5 V reference and the PWM stages, including the PWM
latch, remain powered.
Electrical Characteristics (cont’d)
Electrical characteristics are guaranteed over full junction temperature range (-40 to 105
° C ). Ambient temperature must be derated based
on power dissipation and package thermal characteristics. The conditions are: VCC = 15 V, RT = 10 k
Ω,andCT=3.3nF,unlessotherwisestated.
To override UVLO, VCC should be raised above 17 V prior to test.
