TMP86PM49NG

The TMP86PM49NG is a single-chip 8-bit high-speed and high-functionality microcomputer incorporating 32768

bytes of One-Time PROM. It is pin-compatible with the TMP86CM49NG (Mask ROM version). The

TMP86PM49NG can realize operations equivalent to those of the TMP86CM49NG by programming the on-chip

PROM.
