All the timing values are tested during characterization and are guaranteed by design and simulation. Not tested in

production.

The tr transition time is specified with maximum load of 2 kΩ pull-up resistance and 400 pF load capacitance. Different load

resistance and capacitance will alter the RC time constant, thereby changing the propagation delay and transition times.
