To set the value of 20.7:4, turn on 20.8, and turn off 20.14,

or this PHY rejects to receive packets.

These bits can be used as a cable length indicator. The

bits are incremented from 0000 to 1111 with an increment

of approximately 10 meters. The equivalent is 0 to 32dB

with an increment of 2dB at 100 MHz. The value is a read

back from the equalizer; the measured value is not

absolute.
