Single Pulse Output Mode

Toselectthismode,bitsT0M1andT0M0intheTM0C1registershouldbesetto10respectively

andalsotheT0IO1andT0IO0bitsshouldbesetto11respectively.TheSinglePulseOutputMode,

asthenamesuggests,willgenerateasingleshotpulseontheTMoutputpin.

ThetriggerforthepulseoutputleadingedgeisalowtohightransitionoftheT0ONbit,whichcan

beimplementedusingtheapplicationprogram.HoweverintheSinglePulseMode,theT0ONbit

canalsobemadetoautomaticallychangefromlowtohighusingtheexternalTCK0pin,whichwill

inturninitiatetheSinglePulseoutput.WhentheT0ONbittransitionstoahighlevel,thecounter

willstartrunningandthepulseleadingedgewillbegenerated.TheT0ONbitshouldremainhigh

whenthepulseisinitsactivestate.Thegeneratedpulsetrailingedgewillbegeneratedwhenthe

T0ONbitisclearedtozero,whichcanbeimplementedusingtheapplicationprogramorwhena

comparematchoccursfromComparatorA.
