44 / 122 page  ATPL230A [DATASHEET] Atmel-43053J-ATPL230A-Datasheet_22-Sep-16 44 8.3.2.3 Peripheral AES Control Register Name: AES_CTL Address: 0xFFC0 Access: Read/Write Reset: 0x04 The register AES_CTL contains some bits for control operation purposes. • RESET: Initializes the AES block: ‘0’: Reset disabled. ‘1’: Reset enabled. • READY: Indicates the encryption/decryption ongoing operation: ‘0’: Indicates encryption/decryption ongoing operation. ‘1’: Indicates encryption/decryption operation is done. • START: Initialize encrypt/decrypt process: ‘1’: Start selected functional mode.
