R- 0 15:0 SUB_VENDOR_ID bits allocated by the PCI Special Interest Group to uniquely identify the manufacturer of the sub-system. Based on the strapping options read from ROM during PCI reset, this field may behave in one of two ways: 1 These bytes can be read from address locations 0x54 - 0x57 of the ROM BIOS automatically during reset.
