Pin Description – Power Pins Terminal Type Description Signal BGA T8 SERDES Digital logic power VDDD Power T11 Provides power for digital circuitry internal to the SERDES. 1.0V nominal. U6 T9 T10 SERDES Analog Power AVDD Power U11 AVDD provides supply voltage for the high-speed analog circuits. 1.0V nominal. T13 U14 L6 L9 L13 M10 M12 Digital Core Power DVDD N6 Power DVDD provides supply voltage to the digital core. 1.0V nominal. N13 R8 R10 R12 T5 V8 SERDES Analog Power VDDT Power V12 VDDT provides supply voltage for the high-speed analog circuits, termination voltage. 1.0V nominal. T7 SERDES Analog Regulator Power VDDRA/B Power T12 VDDRA and VDDRB provide supply voltage for the internal PLL regulator. 1.5V or 1.8V nominal. A3 B2 B17 C4 C15 E1 E18 F5 F14 G2 G17 J4 J15 K1 HSTL I/O Power VDDQA/B K18 Power VDDQA and VDDQB provide supply voltage for the HSTL inputs and outputs. 1.5V or 1.8V nominal. L4 L7 L8 L12 L15 L17 M6 M13 N1 N18 P3 P6 P13 P16 L10 LVCMOS I/O Power VDDO1/2/3 R13 Power VDDO1, VDDO2, and VDDO3 provide supply voltage for the LVCMOS inputs and outputs. 1.5V or 1.8V nominal. R7 Factory Program Voltage VPP K9 Power Programming supply voltage for TI internal use during device manufacturing. The application must connect this power supply directly to DVDD.
