Lock AFI
On receiving the Lock AFI request, the ST25DVxxKC locks the AFI value permanently. When the Option_flag is
set, wait for EOF to respond.
The Inventory_flag must be set to 0.
During the RF write cycle Wt, there should be no modulation (neither 100% nor 10%), otherwise the
ST25DVxxKC may not lock correctly the AFI value in memory. The Wt time is equal to t1nom + N × 302 µs
(N is an integer).
