Timer 2 interrupt request occurs due to falling edge input to CNTR0 pin.

Timer X interrupt: Enabled
Timer 2 interrupt: Enabled
Interrupt request register 1 (address 3C16)
Timer X interrupt request (becomes “1” when Timer X underflows)
Timer 2 interrupt request (becomes “1” when “H” level input ends)
