In Zero-Stop mode it will stop as soon as the counter reaches 0. The external state condition is first synchronized with the negative edge counter clock. The positive edge of this synchronized signal will enable the timer start. The basic restart conditions as described in 13.2.1 and 13.2.2 apply. Figure 30.
