92 / 424 page  Rev.2.00 Aug 28, 2006 page 75 of 103 REJ09B0133-0200 OVERVIEW FLASH MEMORY MODE 7643 Group Notes on CPU Rewrite Mode The below notes applies when rewriting the flash memory in CPU rewrite mode. qOperation speed During CPU rewrite mode, set the internal clock φ to 6 MHz or less using the XIN Divider Select Bit (bit 7 of address 001F16). qInstructions inhibited against use The instructions which refer to the internal data of the flash memory cannot be used during CPU rewrite mode . qInterrupts inhibited against use The interrupts cannot be used during CPU rewrite mode because they refer to the internal data of the flash memory. qReset Reset is always valid. When CNVSS is “H” at reset release, the program starts from the address stored in addresses FFFA16 and FFFB16 of the boot ROM area in order that CPU may start in boot mode. |
