98 / 424 page  Rev.2.00 Aug 28, 2006 page 81 of 103 REJ09B0133-0200 OVERVIEW FLASH MEMORY MODE 7643 Group ID Code Check Function (in Standard serial I/O mode) Use this function in standard serial I/O mode. When the contents of the flash memory are not blank, the ID code sent from the pro- grammer is compared with the ID code written in the flash memory to see if they match. If the ID codes do not match, the commands sent from the programmer are not accepted. The ID code consists of 8-bit data, and its areas are FFC216 to FFC816. Write a program which has had the ID code preset at these addresses to the flash memory.
