Power supply inputApply 4.50 V – 5.25 V for 5 V version or 3.00 V – 3.60 V for 3 V version to

the VCC pin. Apply 0 V to the Vss pin.

CNVSS

This controls the MCU operating mode. Connect this pin to VPP (= 4.50 V –

5.25 V

Reset inputTo reset, input “L” level for 20 cycles or longer clocks of

φ.

XIN

Clock input

Connect a ceramic or crystal resonator between the XIN and XOUT pins.

When inputting an externally derived clock, input it from XIN and leave

XOUT open.

XOUT

Clock output

AVCC, AVSS

Analog power supply input

LPFLPFO

Loop filter for the frequency synthesizer. When this pin is not used, leave

this open.
